With your database all set head to the Export tab and choose the Quick option. This is probably the trickiest endeavor when moving WordPress to a live server. As for moving sites around and backing them up-BackupBuddy is worth it's weight in gold. If your old site wasn't built with WordPress, you shouldn't really try to replace it with one that is.
