My plugins STILL didn't work and I couldn't use the "Open with WMP" command. I also tried Micrtosoft's Support but, of course, unsuccessful. It is a Genuine Vista installation. Please read the entire post & the comments first, create a System Restore Point before making any changes to your system & be careful about any 3rd-party offers while installing freeware. in osx just delete something and repalce it, 99.9% of the time this solves any problem. The installer said it did not apply to the system.
