The only listed problem was one registery entry... I actually do not whatsoever. I checked my device manager and it shows no option for imaging devices which I think was earlier there.Please help me with this problem.

Go backwards to Skype version per recommendations here and it works fine. It says that it can't detect webcam.I checked my device drivers and it says that my webcam is working properly in the status.I also tested with other applications and webcam works If that's the case, the application software won't be able to detect the camera because the driver is missing.
