Weird Problem -- Totally Stumped

Doug Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 I5 3570K @4200 Corsair H60 Cooler 2x4 GB Kingston Hyperx Blue WD 80GB, Samsung Spinpoint F3, Samsung 830 120GB SSD HIS Radeon HD 6770 LG HSN I encountered the same problem a while back , had to trun the power supply on and off several time to get it to start. Nothing displays either and the CPU_LED is still on. So then I got a new motherboard sent to me. check over here

Do you have the power button plugged into the motherboard while it's outside of the case? I ran Linux Puppy which works. I know it does not post, because if I take out the memory, and power on the computer, there are no beeps from the case speaker, but the motherboard readout is Weird!

I guess another thing I should mention is that the power buton is not always responsive. please help me.
